Rabbitry Policies
Reservations, Pickup & Health Policy
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve a specific bunny. Deposits are accepted once kits reach 8 weeks of age. Reserved rabbits may be held for up to one month, whether seen or unseen. The remaining balance must be paid in full before or at pickup.
Pickup & Transport
We do not sell kits less than 8 weeks old.
For their health and proper gut development, kits remain with their mother until they are at least 8–10 weeks old. Sex is determined as accurately as possible, but sexing young kits is not guaranteed.
Failure to engage in communication with us concerning your reservation, pickup arrangements, or pickup times may lead to the rabbit being offered to another, resulting in the forfeiture of your deposit. Similarly, if suitable transportation or travel arrangements are not established within a reasonable period (we will allow 7 days from paid reserve to setup), we retain the right to relist the rabbit for sale without refunding the deposit.
Pickups must take place during an agreed-upon time window.
It is the new potential owners responsibility to arrange and pay for transportation of their rabbit. All money owed after deposit MUST be paid 24 hours before rabbit is placed with any transporter or picked up. New potential owner MUST relay to us who the transporter is, give them our contact information and give us theirs in case of any delays that might occur.
Our rabbits are guaranteed to be healthy at the time of pickup or transport and for the initial 24 hours. After this period, their health can be significantly influenced by factors such as care, transportation, food, water, stress, and their new environment.
If your rabbit arrives in poor health or you notice any concerns, please communicate with us as soon as possible. We genuinely want to know what has happened and will do our best to work with you to understand the situation.Â
Once a rabbit leaves our care, we cannot guarantee the conditions it encounters during transportation or at a show. The buyer assumes responsibility for risks associated with the transportation arrangements they choose, including environmental conditions and exposure to other animals. We strongly encourage you to ask your transporter about their vehicle setup and how rabbits are housed during travel. Being transported near unfamiliar or barking dogs, for example, can cause significant stress.
Our goal is to make every transition as safe and comfortable as possible, and open communication helps us address concerns quickly and fairly.
Health, Biosecurity,  Returns & Right to Refuse
To the best of our knowledge, all rabbits leave our rabbitry in optimal health and condition at the time of pickup or transport. We take great care to monitor the health and well-being of every rabbit before they leave our care.
Because returning a rabbit can introduce serious biosecurity risks to our rabbitry, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a rabbit has left our care. If a health concern arises, please contact us promptly so we can discuss the situation and determine the best way to help.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a sale at any time if we have concerns about the rabbit’s welfare, the buyer’s ability to provide appropriate care, or the safety of the transportation arrangements. Our priority will always be the health, safety, and well-being of the rabbit.
Deliver to Show we are attending
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is necessary to secure a particular bunny and to "hitch-a-ride". Reserved rabbits can be held until the show date (a specific date that should not exceed 30 days from the deposit reservation). This applies regardless of whether the rabbits are seen or unseen. The remaining balance must be settled in full prior to or at the time of pickup.
