If you are interested in one of our puppies, please review our general contract terms below. We prioritize the health and well-being of our Cane Corsos and look for dedicated owners who share our commitment to the breed.
General Puppy Sales Contract
1. Health Guarantee: The seller guarantees that the puppy is in good health at the time of sale and has received age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming.
2. Ownership Responsibilities: The buyer agrees to provide proper veterinary care, nutrition, and socialization. The puppy must not be tethered or left outdoors unattended for extended periods.
3. Right of First Refusal: If at any time the buyer can no longer care for the dog, the seller must be notified and given the first option to take the dog back into their care at no charge.
4. Spay/Neuter Agreement: If this puppy is sold as a companion only and must be spayed or neutered by 18 months of age. AKC/ICCF paperwork will be provided as proof of heritage/pedigree with no breeding rights.
